After considering your percentile mentioned by you, you may not be eligible for JEE ADVANCED. So your chances getting a seat in NIT is low but don't be disheartened I'd suggest if you really wish to get a seat in the NITs then sit for the JEE Mains in April and don't consider this the final result. It is best to wait for the final result and meanwhile keep practicing for JEE in April
