Free education is not possible in India and even if you are the top ranker there will be no free education for you all the you can apply for scholarships in your college but you will not get a free seat with hostel facilities in any college. Tuition fees could be waived by the college if you have applied for any scholarships but hostel and mess fees have to be paid as it is not covered by the scholarship.
