According to your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 11K for paper 2. With this rank you have low chances of getting Barch or BPlanning at any GFTIs and negligible chances of getting SPAs or NITs. However you might get top private colleges with your Jee main ranking.NTA will release the final cut off lists after JEE main April session so you've to wait till then.
