First of all the college that you are going to get is totally relative as the 2nd attempt of JEE Mains 2019 is yet to begin and the rankings and colleges might change after the declaration of the result.NTA is going to consider the best of the two percentiles for those who have attempted twice. So the list might change after the final cutoff of the colleges and also for the category if you belong to one. According to your current percentile rank, your AIR might be in between 18000-19000. So for IITs, it totally depends on your JEE Advanced Rankings. For NITS, you might get qualify for all of them but it depends upon the branch that you select. For IIITS, IIIT Banglore and IIIT Allahabad are not possible at this rank.
