Well to get colleges through JEE Main score one needs to first clear the cutoff as per your category. The 2019 JEE Main cutoff for SC is 54.01 perecntile, whereas you have got 97 percentile which is much higher than the required. So you are JEE Main qualified. Now to get admission in Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai you have to go through MHT-CET CAP counselling process. In CAP counselling you can apply on the basis of your JEE Main scores. Better attend the counselling process and see whether are you getting a seat or not.

thanks for asking your query as per your percentile in jee mains you are eligible for josaa counselling and may get nits like jamshedpur,roarkela,pune,lucknow etc but through the counselling of mhtcet you may not get good colleges therefore you should go for josaa.
