Hope you are doing well!! As ASTU have released the merit list, and the counseling is starting from 10th of june. As per your rank you are eligible in 1st counseling as they given the limitation upto 2348. And regarding your query you will be able to get a government college. But you will not get Assam Engineering college (AEC), you can get Jorhat engineering college (JEC) and Jorhat institute of science and technology (JIST). Hope these helped you.
