Congrats on securing a great rank Harsh. With a rank of 7763 you will definitely get into an IIT if you're not particularly interested in a specific branch. 

You can try in older IITs like kharagpur, Guwahati and roorkee for a branch like electrical  chemical, mechanical but branches like CSE, ECE will be seemingly tough there.

I heavily doubt you will get anything in IIT Delhi, Bombay or Madras. 

In newer IITS I think you stand a lot of chance for any branch so do try there. 

EWS quota has been introduced this year so I will not be able to provide any info. Time will only tell how ews quota is going to be helpful
