If the ap eapcet counselling requires your OC category certificate then you don't have to make a new cerificate. However you might have to renew your certificate since you have to provide your current year valid certificate. If you are applying for the EWS category then you have to provide the EWS certificate which is valid for the year 2022-23 from MeeSeva for the OC candidates according to the guidelines provided.
