Hi there Ganesh! Hope you're having a great day.

Complain to the administration of PGCET and get your certificates back because it is not legal to take and keep certificates if a student lawfully wants to withdraw from it.

I must give complaint to the university? Sir I got universitie to do MBA this NRCM clg they won't provide anything atleast classes also nd here in this area I dnt hv any facilities to do part time also 2 yrs sleeping ante I can't sir so must nd should I need certificates sir otherwise I'll become a psychiatric patient
