Hello candidate,

It's basically mandatory that if you have got a seat in the first round of counselling at any college, I have to report to that college for further processes.

Now if you go for the second round in the hope of getting a better college in the next round, if you do not get any then you will have to report back to the previous allotted college only for admission if you want.
