Hello,

Yes, candidates who are allotted seat other than first preference are eligible to participate in CAP Round 2. As you are allotted seat other than first preference you are eligible to participate in CAP round 2. If you wish to accept the seat allotted in CAP round 1 you need to report to ARC for confirmation of seat acceptance. If you do not wish to accept the seat you do not have to report to ARC. Either case you will be eligible to participate in CAP Round 2.
