No, Since counselling is till 150000 rank, I think you might not get chance of attending a counselling.

Sorry ..for ...VIT VELLORE,CHENNAI,AP under 1 lac rank holders can go for counseling so there is no chance and in VIT BHOPAL under 1.5 lac ranl holders can get admission so u have missed that by just some ranks..however u can go for some other private colleges ..all the best
