EWS having 10% seat but if you have 50 % seat and then you get 10% from in then it will not work more if this 10% give in 50% reserved quota then it will work more.
Sorry but you score very low in jee mains paper.If you are from sc|st category then you will get college after NITs and IIITs.it will hard to predict rank in jee mains 2019 but say it about under 50,000-60,000 general rank.
