Technical services (IPS, IPF, IRTS ) under upsc requires good eyesight and those who have eyesight problem can be corrected by spectacles

So since IPS is one of the technical services,

You are eligible as long as you have corrected the eye sight even by wearing specs

Many DSPs are wearing spectacles

So , eyesight is not a problem

You can join IPS
