Hello,

You have not mentioned the category, to which you belong to.
It is not possible to get admission in IHM Goa with this rank, if you are from general category. The last year cut off was about 4k for GEN category.
If you are from ST or SC category, then there are decent chances to get seat in IHM Goa.
