As you have completed the electrical engineering and you want to pursue now IT engineering. This means that you want job in IT field. So, it doesn't require degree but it requires considerable knowledge. Please go through the computer languages like

C++
Java
SQL
DBMS

Sikandar that is totally impossible. Since you have already done the B E in electrical then why there is need for you to do the engineering in IT field it will be totally different and no use for you. Since you have already done the Electrical engineering so better try to make your career in Electrical field only rather than IT field.
