You can not apply for Government Medical colleges in other states for seats under 85% State Quota. To apply for state quota counselling, candidate must fulfill the eligibility criteria of that particular State. You can apply for private colleges in other states. Private colleges in some states offer admission to other state students for seats under management quota.
