age is not a bar to get your self suitable for job. how ever you need to start from scratch. if you have done any non technical job or right now you get offers to get any non technical job you should join. also you may join part time mba or pgdm course if you want to change field. if you want to do technical job then learn cutting edge technology , do some software courses and start looking in start up companies. see if you have confidence to do some thing you may surely get success.
