Hello,

For GATE 2021 a candidate appear for one or two papers. And for Electrical Engineering candidates the eligible subjects are EE and IN which is Instrumentation Engineering. So you can appear for either Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or both disciplines for GATE 2021, it is completely up to you.
