see your college registration credential is necessary and it is required while submitting the assignments . however I WOULD SUGGEST You to contact with IGNOU regional  center as soon as possible to clarify about the  process to retrieve your credentials. also check your emails and the website if any option available. if any social media group available you may also ask for help in the group.
