Can you provide me some other details.as you has not mentioned the name of the examination i suggest you to drop me a message in comment box.

As far as i know every registration includes a protocol of a message delivered to your registered mail id and mobile number. I suggest to look into your mail and find your user id and once you find it then click on forget password

You will then recieve an otp enter it and reset. And download the hallticket. If in case this does not work

Bring it to the notice higher auorthities or mail
