You didn't mention which username or password you forgotten. But I think you forgot your any entrance examination application user name and password.

Don't worry you have one option, that some entrance examination give the username to your phone through text message you can check it. Sometimes they send you via mail you can get the username or application number from there. When you get it you can do the option ' forget password' then you can recover your password also and open your site.

And always remember this thing because it's important. Try to save it in phone or write down in any paper.
