See if you have not got your Transfer Certificate from the school where you have completed class 10th so you need not to worry. What you have to do is just contact your school administration from where you have passed class 10th and write an application to the principal Or Director whoever is the governing body of School addressing your issue.

They will give you your Transfer Certificate almost within a week .
