Hello,

Application form is what you fill and apply before the examination and since the examination is been conducted and even the results are declared so you cannot do anything about it but its not that of a big issue but during counseling and documents verification process, you might face little but difficulties but if you have 75% marks in 12th boards then it will be fine once you will let them know that you mistakenly chose the cbse option.
