As you told your NEET AIR is 1,50,000 that's a great score but not enough for MBBS in government college following are the courses which you can opt for-:

1. MBBS in Deemed university ( 25 lakhs /annum)
2. BDS in private collage
3. B.V. Sc. (Veterinary) ( government)
4. B.P.Th (Physiotherapy) (government)

Above are the best options you can have , it also depends in which state you are opting for counselling which depends whether you have that state domicile or not .
