You have home state quota then you rank will be decreased more.
for the first round couselling in home quota the highest closing rank was :- 4577 in Mining Engineering
for the last round i.e. round 7:- 6175 in mining engneering.
even it increase this year your rank will not come into the range.
you can try for guvernment funded Engineering College and apply for TFW for which you don't have to pay the tuition fees for each semester.
