Then they release opening and closing ranks during allotment and students should freeze, lock or slide the seats.

Yeah, you can apply for Josa counseling. As there is no such boundation on the marks or the rank of Jee to appear for jossa counselling. The eligibility for jossa is to clear the Jee mains or JEE Advance. And with 80 percentile, you can apply for jossa counselling
