Once you enter the required details they will prepare a rank list and admission occurs by regarding this rank list rather than JEE Mains rank list. During application filling, you have to fill your choices. Afterwards when mock allotment occurs you will get an idea about the college you will be alloted during the real allotment. Then they release opening and closing ranks during allotment and students should freeze, lock or slide the seats.

Yeah, you can apply for Josa counseling. As there is no such boundation on the marks or the rank of Jee to appear for jossa counselling. The eligibility for jossa is to clear the Jee mains or JEE Advance. And with 80 percentile, you can apply for jossa counselling
