Good news for emacet qualifier is no counciling direct seat seltion for based upon as per rank

Congrats for quality eamcet,
After completion of exam our next doubt is income certificate and caste certificate. If you income certificate is in 2017 and is not used for getting it seat. One more thing is there is no counciling for eamcet is good news.
