Anish, please mail the helpdesk at: neetug-nta@nic.in . The information bulletin does mention that it will only accept scanned copy of the original document. But if you have lost the marks sheet and you do not have a passing certificate, it is almost a dead end. Only NTA can help you in this regards. Please reach out to them.
