If you lost your original marksheets .But you have soft copy of that .

In this case you should do two things:

1: Take Print out of your marlsheet than verify it to any gazetted officer.This is a temporary option you have .

2: Above one is temporary way.The permanent way is to apply for new marksheets in regional office of your board .It takes 2 -3 months .But you get it original one which is really good.

No, it will not be valid until it has relevant authority's signatures. However, if you have lost it, you may contact the office and get another one by paying some normal fee. They will get it done after completing all formalities. Normally all boards allow this, but before going to the respective office, kindly check its policies on the respective website.

P.S.: CBSE allow this. If you have lost CBSE SSC marksheet, you may get a new one from its office.
