Hey!

As per the rules and guidelines of physical fitness to apply for UPSC exam, you can write UPSC exam with -3.4 myopia. The candidate will be rejected  if he suffers from any morbid conditions of eye, eyelids or contiguous structure of such a sort as to render or are likely at future date to render him unfit for service. Candidates upto 6.00 D myopia are allowed for exam if their mascular area is healthy.
