Yes, you need to make the OBC-NCL certificate in the format issued by JoSAA .

Even if you already have a central OBC-NCL certificate, JoSAA has a specific format that must be followed. So, you should download the format from the official JoSAA website and get a new certificate made in that format, signed by the authority.

Make sure the certificate is issued on or after April 1, 2025 , as certificates before that date are not accepted.
