As you completed your 10th standard in the year 2019 as you joined in mpc group and as you discontinued your intermidiate after joining as you are not satisfied with the group so discontinued and you got your intermidiate hall ticket of that year for the mpc group and it is not a big deal you can change your group of your choice and start from this taking new admission group of your choice and can start your intermidiate study well and work hard to get good marks in the future examinations ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
