Do apply in that course in which you genuinely are interested and you think that you can do that for your entire life. Marks will only refrain you from getting into top colleges but if you are passionate enough then you can do it from a low level college and do your best there. 

Since you are from Science field I'll suggest you to go for Vocational Field as it has good chance of at least getting a job. You can also go for Animation, Graphics and Vfx courses. There are plenty of options in which you can go. But I'll suggest to not opting Engineering until and unless you are highly interested in it.
