Delhi University has both entrance based and merit based admissions.

The following courses are merit based ie your best of 4 percentage based. 

Ba hons in English, hindi, political science, history, geography, sociology, philosophy, psychology, economics, french, urdu, german, Italian, Spanish, sanskrit and Arabic

Ba programme 

From arts all these are cut off based. 

For arts entrance test based courses are

Ba hons music, multimedia and mass communication, 5 year journalism program, ba hons humanities and social science, ba hons business economics.
