Well dear,I can't be absolutely sure,but,yes you do have chances of getting into NIT's with a 84 percentile.

Well dear,86 percentile is around 51-60 Marks, so getting a top NIT may be difficult, I can't guarantee you about the top NIT's but maybe if you apply you end up into a lower one.
