It depends upon the mistake and its type.Actually if the mistake in not in the personal details then there is no problem of it to be accepted by the UPSC board.However if it is a major problem then there may be a problem during the interview or in the main exam.You need to cite the problem to the officials under UPSC through the helpline numbers.
