CAT exam is usually conducted in the month of November every year. This year, CAT 2018 is scheduled to be held on November 25, Sunday, in online mode. Around 2 lakh candidates appear for the test every year for around 5000 seats at 20 IIMs and 100 other B-schools in the country. The applications are likely to start in the end of July 2018. MAT exam is conducted four times a year – February, May, September and December. More than 600 B-schools in the country accept MAT score. The exam is conducted in both offline (paper-pencil mode) and online (computer-based) mode. You can choose the mode as per your convenience. XAT is another national level management entrance test conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur every year in the month of January. Around 90,000 candidates appear for the test. The applications for the test will start in the third week of August. You can apply online. XAT score is accepted by 12 XLRI member institutes and around 150 B-schools in the country.
