Hope you are doing well. If you are not given the original marksheet of 12th standard, then nothing to worry. You can carry the provisional marks card with you signed by your college principal or attested by any gazetted officers. Even last year all the students had done the same thing. There is no restrictions. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
