I think you may not get the money because of every Institute have a policy to that if any student registered the form of the Institute if they wanted to ask for return so they don't give until unless if Institute want to return the money. And it is your mistake, not Institute that you may registred two times in two different places. If you registered in similar Institute then you may be asked for Institute office where you may register or asked for a different solution also.\
