Not to worry, you can change the spelling of your name in the NEET UG application correction window which will be opened after the application process gets over i.e. after May 6th, 2022.

Note that in the correction window you should make sure that all details that you have filled in the NEET UG 2022 application form is correct because after that you would not be able to make the changes  in your application form and application form with wrong details might lead to the disqualification of your candidature at later stages.
