GATE Form Correction is a one-time facility provided by IIT Madras to make corrections in the particulars given in mentioned in the form if required. The applicants must ensure to fill in the form carefully as the modifications/ edits can be made in few fields only like the name of the candidate, DoB, Name of Parent/Guardian, Educational Qualification and Exam City.

You can serch for the correction form on the official website.
