Hello,
As you have not given jee main, then you should go for the state joint entrance examination as there the fees is not too much.mmmut , gorakhpur is one such that it now doesnot take admission through uptu and it has its own qualifying paper.
You can also go for some private colleges which does not have much fees .
Jadhavpur university is one of the cheapest but one of the best , it takes admission through wbjee
Jamia islamia university,delhi is also one in which u can apply.

Hello dear aspirant

There are various engineering colleges in India but most of these colleges require an entrance exam or other, various colleges have their own entrance exam but there are some colleges which give direct admission on 12th marks.
You can opt for these colleges, moreover there are still some entrance exams left as of now, you can apply for these exams.
Some colleges you can look for are....
1) Chandigarh university
2) REAP : Engineering colleges in Rajasthan based in 12th marks
3) TNEA
