Dear Nivetha, if your application has not met the eligibilty criteria, your application will be rejected. In such case, am sorry to say this but you will not get the admit card. But if you have received a notification stating that your admit card will be uploaded on the 9th, I would suggest you wait until the 9th to check. Good luck!
