Hello Nikhil, 

Well there are some important documents which are required at time of BAMS counselling and these are :

1. Neet score issued by cbse

2. 12th passing marksheet 

3. 10th marksheet as proof of birth certificate.

If you do not have 12th passing certificate than please make your that you must have your 12th marksheet issued by board.
