IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR IN ALL INDIA BAR EXAMINATION, IT IS MUST FOR THE ASPIRANT / LAW GRADUATE TO BE ENROLLED WITH HIS/ HER RESPECTIVE STATE BAR COUNCIL

CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE ADVOCATE ENROLLMENT CARD ISSUED BY STATE BAR COUNCIL.

The All India Bar Law Exam(AIBE) is conducted to test the a law student's ability to practice the profession of Law in India. The motive behind the exam is to test the capability of the prospective advocates at their basic levels and is intended to set a minimum standard .

 Also note , the AIBE  shall be mandatory for everyone passing out from the batch of 2009-2010.

• The AIBE shall Start in the third week of  January 2019 , and the examination will be held in The last week of March 2019 in offline mode at Around 40 cities in India .
• the results shall be expected to be out in the second week of June 2019
• AIBE 2019 Exam Pattern will consist of 100 objective type questions to be completed within # hours 30 minutes.
• It shall be conducted in 11 languages and candidates have the choice to take thje examination in any one of the languages.
• Candidates shall be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer. No mark will be deducted for wrong or unanswered questions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• THERE IS NO AGE LIMIT FOR AIBE.
• THERE IS NO LIMIT IN NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS OF AIBE
• CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AN INDIAN NATIONAL
• CANDIDTES MUST HAVE PASSED 3 YEARS OR 5 YEARS LLB COURSE FROM BCI RECOGNISED LAW SCHOOL.
• NO MINIMUM PERCENTAGE IS REQUIRED IN THE QUALIFYING EXAMINATION IN ORDER TO ENROLLED .

GENERAL CATEGORY HAS TO PAY A FEES OF RS 3500 AND RS 2500+RS60 BANK TRANSACTION CHARGES FOR SC/ST CATEGORY CANDIDATES.

SUCH FEES SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.

TIME DURATION FOR THE EXAM SHALL STAND FOR 3HOURS AND 30 MINUTES.
