Hello Harish,
As you have done schooling from CBSE board. You can do engineering from any region.
If engineering credibility of Gujrat is good than choose it otherwise choose best state from where you want to do engineering .
Many state board students while going for doing engineering from other state feel little bit uncomfortable intially but with passage of time they become comfortable.
