Hi aspirant,

No you don't need to fill the form again. National testing agency has specified that the candidates will be able to edit their details between 8th to 12th August at neet.nta.nic. You can find all the relevant details at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-application-form-correction-guide/amp
