As you had missed out the state level counselling for neet admissions, then the inly way is to apply for the mop-up rounds. 

But, generally un case of mop-up rounds your choices for government seats gets reduced as un this round only those seats of govt.medical colleges are published for admissions which are left vacant or left by any candidate though.

Other options are from private and deemed universities.

But, i will suggest you to apply for the mop-up round as well and hope for the best.
