You have not mentioned the application form your query is about. But you cannot change the registered mobile once you have already registered it unless there is a provision to change the registered mobile number. You will have to register once again using different phone number and email ID in such cases if you have already paid the application fee for the previous registration it will not be refunded and you will have to pay the application fee once again for new registration.
